Five Facts About Tears is a video of art performance with five series of speculative wearable installations connecting my real tears. I want to explore the symbolic and hidden meaning behind “tears” and present them through objects in order to pursue the beauty of poetic.
The last piece, I create a tears sensor. The material on my face is the conductive tape which links with the speaker on my mouth. When I cry, the circuit completes. So the speaker will play the sound of infant cry.

Tears can be eaten.
Tears can be fake.
Tears can influence vision.
Tears finally can be a life song.

眼泪可以被吞噬；
眼泪可以被做假；
眼泪可以影响视线；
眼泪最终是生命的赞歌。
